Item came broken. Contacted the company and no response

Fast shipping & good packaging

We ordered two treat canisters . One came in chipped and the other kids did not fit . No big deal things happen. Then received replacement lids on those did it fit either. Received only a partial refund. And can’t resell any of them . Disappointing . The other products were great.

I did get sent the wrong color mat (ordered rose but received black) but I LOVE the bowls and treat holder!

A color of the mat is not as described and I sent my exchange request 2x and have not received any response! Terrible customer service! You should revise your website as the mat and the bowl cannot be color matched (not even close).

I got a splatter pattern dog bowl, and it's a bad one. Mostly white, maybe 2 or 3 black splatters on it. I was disappointed but needed the bowl that day, so I kept it. It's almost like quality control took the day off.
