horrible customer service

I loved the "wavy" ceramic bowl. I'd been looking to replace the one that I had bought at a cute pet shop in Maine a few years ago and was delighted to finally find it. It looked cute and cleaned up very easily. I decided to splurge on it and another bowl, but sadly my daughter dropped it while she was cleaning it and it broke - 12 hours after I had opened the package. I was crushed! It's a little too expensive right now for me to replace it, but I really did love it and was looking forward to many years of use. . .

Attractive bowls, good quality. Good, quick customer service when I had a small issue.

I think they lost my order. I had to send them the order receipt and tell them I was picking up my dog the following week. It took them over two weeks to ship and probably would have been longer had I not prodded them.

Shipping time was accurate. Packaging was very safe and each bowl was nicely packed in its own box.
