Seriously can’t live without these. Not only do I look forward to drinking these every night because they taste delicious, but they are the only thing that leaves me feeling recovered, hydrated, and well rested in the morning!

I genuinely love these electrolyte sachets. They’re incredibly easy to open, with no mess or frustration like I’ve experienced with other brands. That alone sets them apart. The taste is outstanding—clean, refreshing, and actually enjoyable to drink. Even my kids love them, which says a lot. What really stands out, though, is Cadence’s commitment to clean ingredients and transparency. You can tell there’s real intention behind the formulation, and that level of trust is hard to find in this space. After trying these, I have zero interest in going back to anything else. Cadence got this right.

I ran the London 100km ultra marathon on Saturday and used your core electrolyte sachets for the first time during a race. It got super hot during the day at 21+ degrees and the sachets completely saved me. No cramping or muscle spasms whatsoever and I never got tired of the melon berry flavour. Amazing product!
