I’ve been using Cadence hydration sachets for the past 3 months now and honestly, they’ve become part of my daily routine. I train regularly and also have a pretty full-on schedule, so staying properly hydrated is something I’ve always struggled with—but these have made a noticeable difference. Energy levels feel more consistent, I recover better after workouts, and I don’t get that mid-afternoon slump anywhere near as much.
