Easy to eat on the go they just melt in the mouth. No issues with tummy troubles and they are so much easier than gels. Used them for a 70. 3 at the weekend and they fuelled perfectly.

Great product. Perfect for cycling as easier to open and consume than a gel. Also more carbs and less messy. Wasn’t a fan of the caffeine one as thought it left an aftertaste, but the lemon and lime electro energy was really tasty
