I’ve tried loads of gels in the past and they rarely sit well on my stomach and/or just hate the hassle of sticky packaging all over my hands and in my vest so thought I’d try these and they’re fantastic. Actually taste really good (caffeine ones are a little bitter on the aftertaste…) and sort of have the consistency of a mint cake. If you don’t like gels, I’d say give them a go.

I like these as an alternative to gels. They have a punchy taste that bring variety to my long runs and help when I’m getting sick of the gels. They’re also good in my water bottle. Just drop them in a 500 or 750ml bottle with water and shake!

Hard to say if these work or not. Hybrid race completed and took these as directed and the runs felt stronger than usual. Best thing about these is that you don’t have to load them for days before. Makes them a more viable option, financially and taking. Definitely will be using these again!
