I won’t lie and say I wasn’t a little skeptical about using Von Diamonds, but that is simply because I never have heard of the company. Regardless I trusted them with ensuring the engagement ring I wanted for my fiancé was perfect! They did not let me or her down! The ring is amazing and this company is well worth purchasing from! Good prices and fast shipping

Wow. Have I got a review for everyone who actually reads these. Worst customer service ever. Cannot get timely updates and have to email and call multiple times to receive a response other than “we’ll get back with you”. Don’t bother to attempt contact unless you have an excess amount of time, a glass of good Scotch and a snack for the level of frustration you’ll experience. Build your own ring? More like create your own nightmare when the ring doesn’t show up on time with no idea when it will actually be received and you have a girlfriend - not your fiancé because you can’t get engaged because the ring is MIA - that literally thinks you were joking about even marrying her at this point. This might be the most beautiful ring I’ve ever seen - but based on the customer service I’ve received thus far, I suspect it will be a disappointing experience, much like the evening I’m about to have with my angry girlfriend. I hope they prove me wrong and that I have to update this review with the best follow up ever. I’m not holding my breath.

I am happy with the ring itself, delivery and price. The one thing that I didn't like is what actually mattered to me was my anniversary date not getting engraved on the ring. I did get an immediate refund even though that was not the point. Other than that, I would recommend buying a man's ring from Von. . That is the only reason for a four star, it could've been a five for sure!
