The quality of the clothing is fantastic and more then affordable sale or not, i aspire to create a brand of same quality in the Future i will be purchasing some snowboarding gear from volcom when on sale thank you.

You can't swipe between the images on product listing pages. It is common across various browsers and devices. Billabong site is the same. The mobile experience stinks. Other than that i like your products and shipping speed and costs. The reward system is excellent and i spend way too much with you anually. I mostly enjoy skate lines products and pants. Shorts have been hit and miss with sizing. Keep the baggies commin. Cherrs

I have ordered quite a few Volcom products over the past few years! From retail outlets in Melbourne and now mainly online from South Australia. Service is always prompt, product quality is excellent and pricing is great! Products used range from shorts, jeans, jackets and hoodies!

Always hassrlfree. Freigjt is bang on everytime. Any dramas with sizeing etc they sort it and get whats needed for you. The quailty of brand is were you want it and the price is the the same. Havent a bad thing to say here. Thimbs ip.

Worn the brand for years now. Their clothing fits true. With rewards offers the shipping is generally free and there are some great deals to be had using the sale and outlet sections. Had one issue with a parcel delivery. Customer service replaced the package and sent it out asap. Will continue to shop here for years to come!

Volcom has always been one of my favorite brands, so I was excited to place an order that included both clothing and a bag. I completed the payment and waited for confirmation, but I didn’t receive any communication at all. Then, without any explanation, I suddenly got a refund—just for the bag. I was confused and disappointed, especially since the bag was the main reason I placed the order in the first place. The clothes arrived later, but the bag never came, and still no message or reason was provided. As a loyal customer, this experience was really frustrating. I expect better communication and transparency, especially from a brand I trust and admire.

Website defaults back to wrong size didn't notice purchase made returned item received by you on 13th June still not received refund. Have tried sending emails and they just bounce back to me. Not a great experience to be honest.
