Volcom is my hands down go to brand for any shorts , pants,tees and jumpers. Quality on shorts and board shorts are second to none. They last for years. I where my boardies until they are paper thin. After waiting 2 weeks i made contact and was given a generic spiel by AI after further action and contact with Aust Post you finally admitted the problem was at your end. I believe that after a second contact from a customer that you need to ditch AI and get real ppl involved

Have bought a lot from you guys in the last twelve months (love your crews and hoodies) but this latest purchase left me disappointed. Blue pants are flimsy. Brown pants a terrible fit. I went to return them and was taken aback by the $9 admin fee I was set to be charged for returning a single item. No real point when the item was purchased as part of your warehouse sale. Will give the pants to a mate for free.
