I have always found them to be accommodating. Return process is easy. Shipping times are very good. Never had an issue with customer service. The styles sometimes have fit issues but returns are no problem. 100% refund. Nothing held back for return shipping. A+

Love these sandals so much! Comfortable and stylish - love the green color, too! Lots of compliments, which is a bonus!

Very flattering, comfortable and stylish. Roomy toe box. Will definitely buy more colors.

Love this company!

Great

Service was fantastic. Shipping always takes a little bit longer, then expected, but totally worth it!

Customer service is excellent. I ordered shoe charms and in error I ordered the wrong color. Customer service sent out the correct color shoes charms and I did not have to return the incorrect color. Great tracking so you can follow your order. I have placed a few different orders and they always arrive in the timeline that Vivaia says the order will arrive. I have ordered a few different shoes and they all have been very comfortable and true to size. Thank you Vivaia for making comfortable shoes and jewelry for the shoes!

Very surprised how fast I received the package

Great!

Love the look
