I had to argue with them to get my money back. Because I purchased my TWO wall Vitruvis with a package deal they tried to tell me it fell under « sale » items & only wanted to give me a credit. Even though these were brand new items not sale or clearance items. After emails finally they gave me my money back.

I really enjoy this scent plug-in! The Vanilla Mint fragrance is the perfect mix of refreshing and cozy, and I love the convenience of the plug-in option. Best of all, the natural non-toxic ingredients give me peace of mind knowing it’s safe for my family. My only downside is that on the highest setting, the scent barely lasts 3 weeks.
