I have to take 3 - 4 st if i sjould dleep for 6 hours.

The melatonin works good, I still wake up a few times during the night for toilet, but I fall asleep much faster when I am back in bed.

I didng get the effect I expected from the time release, nor really worth the extra price for me.

Best product of its kind at an even better price!
