Chewingpills is the way to go for me as it gives a better kick than slow dissolving capsules. Last time i got them in 5mg pills which gave me the option to only take 5 mg instead of 10 and it was handy in those situations where i feel sleepy but dont want to risk it of laying in bed and not falling asleep.
