No IR2 shell options
I bought a 260 shell for my original spire to be able to change sizes. Sad to hear you no longer offer a similar type of option for IR2 owners

Broken pod
One of your 170round red pods broke on me and it’s impossible to get a replacement lid with button or singular pod replacement, filled out a contact form and haven’t had anyone from virtue contact me about this.

Normally you guys do a great job. I did place an order back in Sept for a hand chrono that was suppose to ship out in Nov. It is middle of February and it still hasn't shipped out. Everything else I get from you guys is on point but I have been disappointed by this.

Order came missing piece. Contacting support did not end in issue resolution
Ordered the dual bag combo with the high and mid roller. The mid roller came missing a strap for conversion into a backpack. That was one of the main selling points for me. After contacting support I was told I had to source my own replacement strap for one that did not arrive with a new purchase. I am disappointed in the QC and in the customer service experience

Spire V Shells Make Me Want To Gauge My Eyes Out
I’m not really sure what this review is for, I was just sent an email asking to submit a review. So I’ll review the Spire V. I really want to buy one of these, but they are just so ugly. Ever since the spire 200 you have made good looking shells for your hoppers, so why when you come out with one of the most advanced ones out there do you decide to throw all that out the window and release these plain and boring/ugly colors?
