Products quality is good and shipping was fast enough but very bad customer service. They just ignore you when you raise concerns with products you received. I received what smells like expired bisou balms and have just been ignored by their customer service team.

Good products but please make the cardboard packaging easier to open. It's too stiff and I grazed my nailbed trying to open it. Would be great if you could consider people who may have arthritis or dexterity issues
