Shipping was OK and the AI bot product support is disappointing as real people are loosing their jobs. I do love the product though and hope the advertisements prove that real humans are behind this brand.

Wow! Just received my Plume Lip in Syrah Fumé and En Feu and they are amazing in every way. The colours, the smell, the feel of the product, the total ease of use. Absolutely amazing. I've worn red lipstick for over 30 years and this is the best product I have ever used. I also have a couple of the blush and the petal bouche which are equally amazing. I'm sold. I can't go back to any other brands. Don't hesitate, buy these products

The shipping was a little slow however I ordered over the Christmas period so to be expected and no fault of their own. Everything else with service was absolutely great.

This is my third Bisou Balm colour. They are all so wearable and comfortable. The blurry application technique combined with the unique formula creates a look unlike anything else.

I am loving the lip nectar product. It goes on smooth and is long lasting. The lip stain that is left as it wears is gentle and subtle, it does not leave streaks or a mottled look. The Rose de Moab color is very natural. I feel enhanced but not overdone.

Love these products, they’re very intentional and feel like a small luxury.
