I ordered a lipstick from you and was really looking forward to it. On their website, it clearly says shipping takes 3–5 days, but mine took 10. The tracking number didn’t update for days until I reached out to them, and only then did things start moving. What really disappointed me wasn’t even the delay itself, but the complete lack of communication. No email, no update, nothing. I had to chase them just to find out what was going on. For a brand that presents itself as premium and caring, I honestly expected a lot more care and transparency towards their customers.
