We had the table top
We had the table top showing some off color that would likely not stain well. Sent off a note with some images. A new top showed up quickly. Wonderful response and service. Of course we ordered a horizontal wine shelf cube to go along with the rack. I appreciate your personal response and the replacement top (which is perfect BTW). Definitely excellent customer service.

Vincent was great and very helpful as I was having trouble purchasing the wine rack in redwood online. It was delivered as promised. It was so easy to assemble and fits perfectly in our closet. My husband and I were very pleased with this purchase. Highly recommend it to anyone.

I ordered the 48 bottle
I ordered the 48 bottle wine cubes and 72 bottle table racks in Redwood. Both products are fantastic. A key reason to buy these racks is because they are one of the few to fit larger 750ml bottles like Turley, Sine Qua Non, etc. Vince was great with customer service as UPS damaged a couple pieces in transit and he quickly replaced them free of charge.

ordered the 24 bottle wine rack shelf. very stable once the rack is put together. fits great in the pantry

Racks got here in couple
Racks got here in couple of days and they are great. They look great and easy to assemble. I am sure I will order more in the future as I need them.

Works Great!
The items arrived in good shape on the first estimated date. The assembly was simple with a power screw driver. The product came in unfinished and we kept it that way, but you could easily stain them. We bought 2 sets and stacked them 4 high and it works great!
