I bought these in a secondhand store, I lost one of the earrings, but I loved them so much I replaced them. Then I lost another one! I reached out to Vinca only to let them know that the backs may be a little loose. I still had a pair but Amanda insisted that she was sending me an extra pair and would personally check to make sure the backs fit! This kind of customer service is so rare these days and I am very grateful and will be a loyal customer for many years to come because I get compliments every time I wear them!!!! And when I wear the cherries, I get sparkles too!!!!!

Vinca is a great small business. This past order ended up getting lost in the mail somewhere. I ended up giving it about ten days before I emailed about it. They had a new package out within days, and the items in it are amazing (as always).
