Quality control could use some work, especially for the prices they charge. Vietri is a bit aggravating to deal with if there’s a problem or defect with items. I’ve written some negative reviews that they’ve removed or never published.

Useful but not really pretty

All of my Vietri orders are well packed and arrive amazingly quickly. The customer service reps. Are wonderful- pleasant and efficient!

We love the glasses, but some of them are not very stable due to a few of the bases not being flat. Vietri were great with packing, shipping etc.
