The bat was a gift for my 12yr old. He absolutely loves it. The only complaint, the paint has chipped after only a month. He has only used the bat for Tee work ave front toss. Besides that. Great bat. I would recommend.

I did not have a problem with Victus Sports. My purchase was successful.

I asked for a torpedo barrel and came a regular barrel. I am from Canada so I had to cross the border to pick it up, contacted customer service and didn’t get more then 1 response per day and I had to go back to Canada just to have the customer service replied told me the options of keeping it for 50% or return it for remake. I had to drive back to the US and ship it because you refuse to provide me an international return label as I asked 3 times and were all ignored by the customer service. I spent my whole day driving across borders just so I can get this thing right. After I returned it the customer service did not reply me once in 4 days until the item has been successfully delivered. I spent 6 days trying deal with “your huge mistake” and while this whole mess there were no apologies, no attempts of compensation, and the customer treated as it’s my fault with all the email ignored. Terrible customer service, probably the worse I’ve encountered
