Shipping was fast and product packaged well for protection. We also ordered special batting gloves for our grandson. He loves them! We love Victus products and very happy to see Major League players using them with great success

Great build quality and holds up

The bat is great but the engraving was not good. We have had other bats engraved that came out great but this one was not good, you can hardly read what it says. Disappointed we paid extra for this service

Really nice design

I have been collecting these custom bats for awhile now and love the artwork. But these Team USA ones seemed rush. All are expected to have a mark or 2 here and there but 1 of them has defects all over it which is disappointing when spending as much money as we do on these.

Bat tech is great, 4*! Ordered a custom engraving, and a grip. Engraving missed a letter on the last name, and the grip was wrinkled, and the adhesive was all Over it. Biggest issue is when we asked for a resolution they offered 40%refund off the total price. I said i think the botched engraving and grip should be refunded in full and the 40% should be from the bat cost. They said no. Took the shaft they gave me and ill be spreading the word to the parents of boys i coach. No from the kid it was for - 1* - you really let this kid down.
