I will keep it short. Ordered a custom torpedo bat. Bat arrived in time. Ended up not being a torpedo bat. Contacted customer services and said I had to send it back to have it remade. Horrible experience will never do it again. This was a mistake on your end and should have sent one immediately it should have never passed quality control personnel. Ruined sons birthday!

So. . . It did take longer thank six weeks to get here - but honestly - that made the surprise of it showing up even better. The quality of the paint job is outstanding. The packaging was also above and beyond - full color graphics inside and out on the box - - Tissue paper (very unexpected, and a welcomed protective layer). They the Mexican flag bandanna was a great added touch. The wood is also PRIME - we took it out for BP and 3rd swing hit a 400' dinger off the machine. . . . . Just kidding - this bat is going on the wall as a piece of baseball art - it'll never see a field.
