I will keep it short. Ordered a custom torpedo bat. Bat arrived in time. Ended up not being a torpedo bat. Contacted customer services and said I had to send it back to have it remade. Horrible experience will never do it again. This was a mistake on your end and should have sent one immediately it should have never passed quality control personnel. Ruined sons birthday!
