Ordered screen protectors for an Ayn Thor. Bottom protector wouldn’t adhere properly; top had bubbles and didn’t seat to the edges. Submitted photos and requested a refund. Support responded by demanding edge-to-edge photos of the defective protectors installed on the device, a requirement that isn’t mentioned in their published returns policy or terms. When I pointed out that you wouldn’t leave non-adhering protectors on a device just to document them later, they closed the ticket and refused the refund. The photo requirements are only disclosed after you open a support ticket. Check reviews before buying.

The company has always shipped their products very quickly, and we were often surprised to receive our orders within just a few days. I only wish the Privacy series was available for all smartphone models, but this doesn’t take away from the quality of their work.

This <$30 screen protector functionally changed my glossy, inpossible to see screen into a see without effort matte screen. That is invaluable. I'm typing this on a sunny day with 300nits brightness. That says it all except this: Thank You.
