I addressed the issue I had with the screen protector with customer support via WhatsApp, and I never received a reply. An email I sent did get a reply, but I was told that they couldn't help to rectify the problem.

We have other paper-feel screen protectors on other devices but different brands and this does not feel right like they do. Also installation was harder than normal because screen protector was cut slightly too large (have to be perfect instead of human when installing). This costs more than other brands so I expected better and wish I hadn't spent the extra money for this inferior product. Customer service prefers to play blame game rather than to take responsibility, ignoring what I say. I doubt this review makes it anywhere where real customers can see, but putting it out there just in case.
