I started using viable kratom around 2 months ago and so far I am very satisfied with their plain leaf. They undoubtedly have the excellent quality, customer care, and fast shipping that I look for in a vendor. I have used kratom for 8 years, and purchase a kilo every month that I split with 2 friends. My previous vendor out of nowhere increased the price by $30 and stopped doing discounts so now it cost $100 instead of $50, they never told me why despite me being loyal to them for 2 years. So I had to look for a new vendor, and viable was the first one I tried since then and I will keep them as my main vendor for the foreseeable future.

The thing Viable really stands out for is the detailed labs results. Other companies talk about their lab results but when you go look, they don’t provide lot numbered full analyses, just a blended sample average for the main alkaloid. Viable, on the other hand, has individual lab results for every lot number, which is stamped on the packaging. I’ve bought enough now and I look at the results every time so I can say that it does vary lot to lot (not unexpected for a natural plant product) and so I know it’s real. I like the full alkaloid breakdown (of the six or seven major alkaloids, not just the main one), and I like being able to precisely adjust my dose based on that information. It’s a unique quality of this company and I really hoe you keep it up. Other companies might have stronger stuff, finer grind, more “strains”, but with Viable you have assured quality and detailed analysis. I think that’s worth a lot.

Quality is good but packaging is lacking. This is my second order of capsules, I usually get the powder and make them myself but it’s time consuming. Both times every bag has a few broken capsules in them. If packaging was better it would be 5 stars.
