I've been a customer for several years, going back to 2014 or so. Even through the massive growth of the industry and the company itself, I have always seen consistent product quality and customer service. Occasionally, I'll try a different vendor that came recommended or appears to be more of a boutique retailer, but I am often disappointed. It's hard to beat the value in Viable.
