Would not accept a part that I needed to return. I asked nicely to try to get them to work with me. They refused, and were not at all willingly to be flexible. I even offered a restocking fee. They wanted to stick me with a $1600 sale for an unwanted part. I’ve returned parts to ford for many years, and never had this issue. I spend about 30k-40k per year in ford parts. I will not spend any of it with this parts department.

Parts dept validated everything to ensure exact fit. Part was delivered on time and I could not be happier

I ordered a part for my F150 and provided the vin with the order. Good thing too because i picked the incorrect part. They called me and verified the correct part number for me. I received the correct part AND saved a few dollars as the incorrect part was more expensive. These guys are fantastic!! Thanks for saving me some headaches and money!!
