After I shipped back the old part they called to let me know they received it and processed a credit back to my card for the core charge. Very easy transaction and friendly people! Highly recommend.

Ordered a new taillight assembly for my Ranger. As well as a new air filter. First of all their prices are excellent compared to other dealers. Second they delivered as promised on time. Third they wrapped the taillight extra well to make sure it didn’t break. I was impressed. I highly recommend them for Ford parts.

I was sent the wrong item. They asked me to send photos by email and said they would reply on Monday. It’s already Monday evening, and there has been no response.

2016 F150 USB Hub part ordered worked great, but. . . It did not fit correctly. And I did check the "Please confirm part works for my vehicle" checkbox.

I shopped online and ordered what I thought was the correct part. During the process I included the VIN of the vehicle. Luckily, the young man in the parts department, processing my order, checked the VIN against the part number and realized I had most likely ordered the wrong part. He called me and we discussed the exact truck model - based on that and the VIN he change the order. The correct part arrived a few days later. I will use Veteran’s Ford for future needs because they really do care about their customers.

I wouldn’t advise doing business with this company. Ordered parts for my F150, they requested my VIN number year and model and the parts didn’t fit. I had to pay to ship the parts back plus they’re charging a 30% restocking fee. They simply sent the wrong parts and I have to be the one that pays for it.

Order was delivered on time and as described.

The parts came in good condition with no visible damage. The packaging had no signs of damage. The only small issue was the time it took to arrive.

Veterans Ford had reached out to me by phone to give me an update on my order. That is EXCELLENT Customer Service. If ever I need another accessory for my Ford Ranger, I will reach out to them again. My part still arrived in a shorter than expected time frame.

Excellent will be shopping with Veterans Ford always.
