Placed my order on a Sunday was shipped Monday afternoon. Would definitely recommend buying a drone from very drone.

We got Mavic Air 2, it is a good drone for a beginner. I just couldn't get through to very drone by phone. Nobody ever picked up, so that was kind of unnerving after spending hundreds of dollars 🙃

I contacted them about a usb-c to lightning cord that was not working. They contacted me back 2 days later saying “We have received your request. Please allow 24-48 business hours for us to review and process your request. We will contact you with any more information needed.” Never heard from them and it has been 8 days since September 22nd. That cord is what I need to get full functionality with remote/iPhone to fly the drone. I went and bought a 4 ft cord from a cell phone store for $24.99. I don’t like to complain but this is the 2nd email I got from them to give review, well they got it.

My acct was compromised and used to purchased a drone. I called the company to let them know I didn’t make that purchase . they told me that the person who used my card did not have the correct billing zip. And there system failed to decline the purchase. Although they did refund my credit card. They need to make their credit processing more secure

Still haven’t received my drone. The 2-5 is a false statement. Worried the site might might be fake.

I’m not happy with the service. I bought my drone on July 20 2021. Today is august 2. I haven’t received my drone. No one to talk to in customer service. No tracker on drone. Is this site a scam?
