The belt is very comfortable and helps me feel secure on intense movements. It’s not too much and not too little. It’s just right!

I originally bought these for deadlifting…after I borrowed someone’s Versa Gripps at the gym. I ordered the wrong size (XS) and was so happy that VG exchanged them for a larger size (S), no problem. I’ve been working out lately with a personal trainer, and he showed me how to use them for pull-ups, seated rows, RDLs, and other things, and it’s helped me so much to level up my workouts.

Just got them a few weeks ago and they're already making a difference in my heavier pulling lifts.

Needed to return because I ordered the wrong size but return was such a smooth process! Second set of grips for my boyfriend, he loves them.

Been trying other versions and finally bought some Versa Grips and fell in love and so mad I waited so long to buy. Able to get a great grip when using and doesn't feel like it's pulling my wrist so hard like the others. Have been able to up the about of weights lifted.
