This is an excellent product. Use for heavier barbell deadlifts and RDLs. Would recommend using only when needed otherwise grip strength may decline over time. This is my second set after the first set lasted about 5 years of steady use. The new set has a different rubber compound and is thinner and stickier than the old ones. The neoprene rubber padding is also improved over the old set. They work great and take my grip out of heavy pull movements. Before using my grips, I was having problems with tennis elbow. That has pretty much disappeared.

I love these straps, I mainly got them because I was sick of using traditional straps on the silicone handles at my gym they work perfectly. The only problem is the size. I measured my wrist and got the size it recommended but they a little big and pinch my wrist.

I work out at home and wanted something that would prevent grip strength from becoming a limiting factor in my progression, especially for exercises like heavy dumbbell calf raises and other leg exercises. I use adjustable dumbbells with a cage design, specifically Reppins, and was concerned that traditional lifting straps might be awkward to use, so I chose Versa Grips instead. They’ve been easy to use with my dumbbells and have helped me hold heavier weights for longer when needed. The quality feels excellent, and although I haven’t owned them for very long, they seem very durable.

Ngl first day i tried them, they was chaffing all over my hand and wrist and i wanted to throw them away. Butttt tried them again and they have been fire. I haven't had that chaffing problem since, and it definitely helps with pulling movements.

Love my versa grips. This is my second pair. Wore the others out and not about to try any other name brand!

I love the product. My only complaint is that there were no directions for how to put them on. If there were clear step by step instructions for how to put these on, I would give this product a five.

The only downside to these grips is that I didn’t buy them sooner. I’ve been able to increase my weight while lifting and not have any issues with my grip. They fit good and are comfortable.

I love Versa Gripps! Best accessory to my workout gear and I am so grateful that Dr. Mike shared his experience with us YouTubers because I had not even heard of it before him. I gotta say, I love my Versa Gripps and now proudly sport 2 pairs (of course I had to buy the RP branded version when they came out too)!
