The return turnaround time is
The return turnaround time is awful. They have been collecting interest off my $1600 and have yet to give me a refund. I had to go to my credit card company to file a complaint. I will not be purchasing from them. I love their clothes, but unfortunately, if you order directly from their website, it’s impossible to get a refund in a timely manner it’s been two weeks and I have not heard back from them.
