Premium products, great customer service and super smooth and fast delivery!

Item shipped and was delivered promptly.

Great desk but arrived with a damaged corner which is frustrating

From ordering exactly the size I needed, to the delivery and the assemble, the process was flawless. When the time comes, I will order another Vernal desk.

Expected more for the price. Pieces didn’t align after many attempts to adjust screws.

Awesome desk. Easy to assemble. High quality. Super quiet. Really nice looking. I love it.

Ordering was easy. Assembly is very clear and efficient, so long as the instructions are followed. Some labor is required to assemble but is not unmanageable.

Purchased on a Wednesday and arrived Saturday in the Midwest. So fast!

Very fast shipping. Packed well. Would definitely buy again, but I expect these will outlast me.

Great quick customer service!

Vernal was very easy to work with, and I received the product quicker than I expected.

This is an excellent piece of furniture to add to along with my desk. Plus it has a key for lock and privacy.

Good experience, but not too thrilled with two of the corners getting chewed up in shipping. I'm not sure whether that's FedEx's fault for being rough with the package or Vernal's for not protecting the corners enough. Other than that, the desk is great. It has much more depth than my old cheap Amazon desk, and the standing legs are a great addition.

It was quick and simple, the desk arrived in 2 days it was quite shocking other desk I looked at had a wait time of 2 weeks, I’m very happy with the product.

Amazing

Desk was great. Storage furniture is cheap and not their strong suit. Got a small reduction for a unit that had multiple marks and turned up broken. Tje side cabinet is not great and wasn't straight.

Love the quality of the desk overall and especially the lift mechanism. I have always wanted a standing desk and so happy I chose this product.

We ordered a whole office new desks (12) and the Vernal Support Team headed by Florence was easy to work with, and ask questions and eventually arrange delivery that worked best for the office update timeline. We all LOVE the new set ups!

Product was delivered timely within days of ordering. Came in five separate boxes that were each well padded and product protected.
