I truly love the Hydration shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my curly corse hair soft and silky. The Hydration oil gives my defense against Georgia's heat and humidity. The CS has been such a positive experience after receiving my order with the shampoo bottle cap open and the product half gone into the box. I emailed Jamie and she first apologized for the mishap and sent a new bottle on its way. She also asked for the batch number so they might discover why this happened. She was so positive and nice. Love the smell Last all day

I ordered the curl product line and I emailed to ask how to exchange it for the hydration or ghost line because this is too heavy on my hair. I haven’t heard anything back. It’s actually the bundle and the gel foam that makes my hair to heavy. I have used the hydration line and it’s been successful, but I wanted to try the curl because I have wavy hair. I bought the bundle through verb online.
