The website itself is very well designed and ordering my item was not a problem, however it has not arrived yet and it has been over a month now. I contacted the customer service, but I didn't get any reply. I hope the problem resolves because I was very excited for the earrings I purchased.

I would like it to have arrived in the period that was indicated when ordering, since it arrived a little later, and I wanted to give it as a gift on time. Besides, since it was a gift for someone else, I wish the handwritten message in the box didn't have my name on it, but it's certainly a nice gesture.
