Had I not had some minor issues trying to order the parts, I would’ve given 5 stars. Unfortunately I had a timing problem - going out of town and needing the parts to arrive after I returned. I thought a phone call would be better to communicate my needs (and I was right), but their phone message said, “For faster service” email them. The subject of my email was “When would parts arrive”. I even got an email saying that I would see an estimated arrival date when I placed the order, to which I replied that it would be too late by that time. It took 4 emails before I was told that I could put a note on the order. Customers who order things online can attest that not all order systems have a “Notes” place, and some places don’t even appear to read instructions (ever ordered from Amazon?). However, their website made it easy to find the parts I needed and the prices were great! I wanted genuine Ford parts because the work will be performed at a Ford dealership and I didn’t want any trouble with fit. Once I got the order placed, the parts arrived right on time and were well packaged.
