As a long time Ford owner and FOMOCO retiree I have made many purchases of Blue Oval vehicles and parts. Varsity is my one stop dealer for most everything I need or want. Love the fact they sponser Ford racers in SouthEast Michigan. Their service has been great over the years. Sales as well. Five star dealer in my experience. I have faith in the Stanford's ownership of Varsity.

These people are on another level. Every local dealer told me it would be nearly two weeks to receive my part as it would have to be special ordered. I sent in my order to these guys in a weekend and received it Thursday morning, they kept me updated every step of the process and even insured my package at no cost.

Everything was fine, except one of the 2 parts ordered was not in stock and had to be back ordered. Other sites I visited mentioned not in stock. Reason I picked your site it didn't show "not in stock". Didn't find out until already ordered and paid. You did give option to cancel, to much hassle, decided to wait for part.

Got the part I ordered quick so I could get my truck back out on the road.

These people are great, I ordered parts for my F150 5. 4L 3V and one of the gaskets I ordered wasn't the correct one. They reveiw your order to make sure the parts you ordered are correct for your vehicle. They notified me about the gasket and corrected the order. Most parts houses would have just sent me the wrong gasket. Way to go guys/gals, thank you. Terry
