Cactus arrived in poor condition but appreciate the company sending me a replacement

Honestly, I was very disappointed in my two cactus cuttings I received. I purchased 1.5 and what I got was not the measurement I purchased. I feel like I should be getting as advertised. I’m just very disappointed. Also, I know sometimes pants grow crooked depending on the direction of the sun, but both my cuttings were very crooked and it’s hard to plant them like that.
