Nice boots

Needed a larger size so I contacted customer service via chat and they sent me a prepaid return label and shipped a larger size.

Needed to return them for a smaller size due to them running just a half bigger the return and re delivery was fast and smooth!

They website said to size down. The boot is very tight but I can’t return them or I’ll have to pay restocking and shipping costs.

Shape was as shown, but there was a big paint scuff on the front crown when I first received it almost as if you sprayed the hat and left a patch unpainted. Upon further inspection the buckle set had overspray all over it including on the buckle design which is almost impossible to clean the paint off of. For the price I would not expect such sloppy quality. The hat itself feels nice and is a good shape but it’s like there’s no effort being put into the details nor a final inspection making sure overspray and scuffed parts are handled with. Overall I’d give the hat 4/10. The service itself was good which made me expect more especially for the price tag. I was expecting to get $179 worth of a hat instead I got a seemingly $50 hat quality
