I ordered these boots as a gift for my very picky goddaughter. They arrived faster than expected and were true to size. She loved them; however, I had ordered the wrong style. I called customer service, and they asked me to send them back so they could charge the difference and resend the correct pair. Since I was driving to Los Angeles and passing through El Monte, I decided to stop by their store instead. The staff was incredibly friendly and patient, allowing my goddaughter to try on several different pairs. We left the store very happy and with a wonderful product

Highly Recommend! Always hesitant when shopping on smaller less known (maybe to me) less “commercial” retailers but VB was great. They have an amazing selection of boots and the price does not reflect near the quality you get out of these boots. Shipping was very fast considering where it came from (I’m in south FL) and I actually ended up keeping both pair I ordered. I Sized down from 10-10. 5 to a 9. 5 for an almost glove like fit knowing there will be some stretch. Wore the Caiman Square too ($399ish) for my daughter’s wedding. 10 hours of dancing walking climbing all across a wooden barn floor out on the grass and all. Not one bit of soreness or pain and the held up perfect. PS…. . going to need a bigger closet and a rewards program this is fixin to get spendy! 🤣🤣
