I'll never shop here again after the blunt reception I got. Asked to put a mask on, when I said I have an exemption he said he had to see it. Poor attitude considering most other places will take your word for it, not demand to see it. If you can't be friendly get a job away from customer service.

I’ve been a customer for a few years and have experienced excellent service until recently where I experienced issues logging into my account on the website where I ended up opening another account to purchase my item . However it won’t let me log back in and I have been unable to make contact via phone to get advice on when my order will arrive or whether it has been processed at all. I am a tobacco flavour Vaper essentially because I needed the similair 'smell/taste' of tobacco to successfully QUIT the cigarettes several years ago. After trying many tobacco flavours I've settled on Vaporium's "Mild Black" tobacco for its' reasonable price, quality of taste, and smell. To change things up just a little, I've started using their "Jamaican Rum", something a little sweeter than my usual tobacco flavours. I use a sub-ohm "Vaporesso" with GT mesh .8 &/or .5 sub-ohm coils, and after much experimentation I've settled on a mix of PG50/VG50 with a 3mg Nicotine 70% "Mild Black" and 30% "Jamaican Rum" respectively, and have the nicest vape I've had to date. Being a Western Australian, our laws are backward and nicotine e-liquid illegal without prescription. VAPORIUM's process for uploading an image copy of the doctors script, has made it as easy as can be and I've had no problems with customs delivering from New Zealand to WA. Thanks Vaporium! I look forward to trying more of your e-liquids as time goes on.

Nice and smooth hit, sublte sweet inhale with a slight taste of banana and cream, and a similar flavour with peanut and choc on the way out. Tastes just like a split!

Unhappy about having to again buy a new mod because you guys stopped supplying the coils for my one. For whatever reason it is far to wastful. I attempted to contact customer services about this issue but was ghosted. So unless you can provide transparent contracts stating the coils will be available for a set period of time then I do not feel secure in purchasing mods because the coil supply keeps drying up and I'm forced to buy a new one. To me this is a very dishonest way to do business and simply is costing way to much money. So for this reason I have decided I will not be continuing my support.

Bought a lot 9f juice to get all the stamps on the loyalty card. Got 2 x 60mL bottlew as the final 120mL free bottle. Got the Vapourium DM Deez Melons 6mg. Absolutley flavorless. Smells food. No taste. New coil. No issues with other juice. Don't buy their self-branded juice

Ordered the Innokin Endura T20s the other night, after my "old faithful" Smok Stick of almost 3 years finally gave up the ghost. I was desperate to replace it. Had so much trouble finding another on all my usual sites - they dont make it anymore, or the EZ Watt, but thank goodness discovering Vapourium and the Endura T20s!!
