E-liquids at Vaporium are affordably priced—unlike a certain chain store we all know (and try to avoid). But what really sets Vaporium apart is their customer service. After they recently updated their website—no longer able to display product images—I accidentally ordered the wrong coils. One of their support staff noticed the mistake before shipping, reached out to let me know, and offered to swap them for the correct ones. That level of attention and care is rare these days. Customer service is often overlooked by many companies, but not by Vaporium. Little things like this might seem minor, but they mean a lot to me—and clearly, they matter to Vaporium too. I’ll happily continue shopping with them in the future.

Specifically, I am interested in knowing: The shipping carriers you use for domestic and international shipments. I have three apartments - one in London, one in NYC, and one in LA. I might ship some things to one and some things to another. What different levels of shipment speeds do you offer per carrier? Will USPS be delivering the last mile for domestic shipments in the US? Like FedEx Smartpost, UPS Surepost, DHL Ecommerce. Your assistance in providing this information would be greatly appreciated, as it will help me make an informed decision about my purchase. I ordered the IGET EDGE KIT 10000 puffs and extra pods. The battery is long lasting I don't drag on my vape so the battery charge lasts 24hrs inclusive with normal use. Between 1-2hr breaks. The device is strong and colors don't fade, no ghastly finger prints. Lemon passion fruit reminds me of the childhood iceblock. Tobacco to me is like the red blend tobacco e juice. Mello, not heavy. Menthol or mint is refreshing, and sweet.

Always superb service

Don't bother ordering from this Site if you are based in North Island...coz you will not receive your items on the expected date as all of their products are sent from Dunedin. With this in mind, I paid 'extra' for faster delivery...supposedly the 'Saturday-deliverly' option, but then had to wait 2 business days just for my parcel to be picked up by NZ-Post as it was order on the Wednesday. Saturday has come and gone and I have still not received my parcel. I ordered from Vaporium for a specific Vape juice, but there are so many other places to choose from, and will therefor not support this Site again.

it is difficult to make it work and I didn't like the mint flavour that comes as an underlie of the other flavours. I didn't have problems with Stratus but it looks as you didn't offer any other varieties than mint which I dislike

I have had excellent customer service from the South Dunedin store over a long period. Today I went to there store however they weren't open. I went to the London St store instead. I was over charged according to prices on line. I brought 1 x 60ml & 2 30ml of Mint Elquid and was charged $83.00. When I asked about the Thursday deal was told they didn't do them in store. I have got the Thursday deal in the pass and it say on the site that you should get a 25% discount on 2 product. Been I supporter of this brand for a very long time. Came away very disappointed.
