Fantastic customer service, stylish furniture, affordable prices. I appreciate that the delivery always goes smoothly.

Not having a phone number to CALL for issues with their products is a total let down. They have the practice of sending all kind of product quality (from great to terrible), apparently just as a distributor and without they themselves checking for the quality and match of the product they advertise/sell. And the way they deal with the low quality ones is to offer 20% discount for the person to keep the product.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. They made the process easy and made sure I secured my furniture in a market that sells out quickly! So glad we got the last 6 chairs (of the kind we wanted) that were on island. Can't wait to get our table this week!

I would give 5 stars but delivery was delayed almost 3 months

Delivery date got moved a couple times which may be due to supply chain issues. When it did arrive the box had a hole in it and there was a missing foot which is critical to the console because dowry it missing it causes it unbalanced and also risks scratching hard floors.

Its been a year when I purchased my furniture. The year experience with the sofa is excellent! Not only that this furniture is comfortable, but has the best quality. What I loved about it, the whole cover of the furniture is washable! Customer service is excellent. I have moved delivery dates like 4 times and they accommodate my request. Staff was polite, respectful and professional! Highly recommend this product!

Shipping happened in expected amount of time but was had to pin down.

Shipping difficulties and mis- communication ( until we contacted Jen) made this purchase quite stressful. Once we finally received the merchandise and the order was correct we felt at ease and are happy with our purchase. This company would do much better if they trained their customer service reps. to be transparent and honest with the customers.
