I wish I could give 0 stars HORRIBLE experience
I should have known from the beginning. After I ordered my couch I did not get a single update for over a month. When my couch did arrive they only sent one delivery person, but we live on the third floor. Since this man couldn't move the large couch boxes up the stairs by himself my husband had to help him haul the giant packages up the stairs even though we PAID EXTRA specifically to have the couch delivered into the room where it will be assembled. As soon as we unboxed the couch we realized this couch is much more white rather than beige (which we ordered) on top of that the couch is literally scratchy. Like uncomfortable for bare skin to be up against. Literally SUCH uncomfortable material. The couch also just seems cheap. When I sat on the couch there was a loud velcro sound because that is how the cushions are secured. My husband and I knew immediately that we absolutely did not want to spend $2,000 on something that we absolutely do not want whatsoever. We messaged them the day that we received the couch inquiring about a refund and return and our experience only got worse from there. Every email I receive from them is from a different representative and NONE of them are helpful. I ask every single time when my couch can be picked up and taken out of my apartment and not a single one of them even acknowledge that part of my email. This has been going on for ever a week now. I still have two giant boxes sitting in my small living room and no one is making an effort to get it out of here. They keep trying to get me to make an exchange and now I find out they they are trying to only give me store credit NOT A REFUND!! Even though this couch was only out of it's box for a total of 20 minutes max and unused. I am livid and would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!!! Save your money! This couch was not worth the money and I promise you will find a better one elsewhere (probably for cheaper too). I WANT MY MONEY BACK VALYOU!

Worst experience ever - Would leave a 0 star rating if I could
I bought a pre-sale couch back in April. It's original date to be delivered was June 27, which got moved to July 27, which I was not updated. I received an email that the product shipped and then received an email/text communication from the delivery company that the product was going to be delivered that day, on July 25. Later that day there was a notification from the delivery company that the product wasn't loaded on the truck due to an issue with Valyou. I contacted the delivery company and they said that there was an issue with Valyou and placed a hold on all of the Valyou products until they took care of the issue. I have been in contact with Valyou over the last four weeks, and still getting the same run around that they don't know what the hold is and that I need to be patient. I have requested to speak to a manager/director and have yet to be contacted. I have asked for more details on the issue, nothing so far. I have requested the shipping fees be refunded, nothing yet. The customer service for this company is ridiculous, if you want to actually talk to someone, you can't. They force you to use the texting option, or email option. I'm so disappointed in this transaction, and at this point I'm still wondering if I will receive my purchase.

The couch seat cushions are
The couch seat cushions are as hard as a rock! My friends helped me assembled it and were so confused considering the price paid.. When we assmbled the middle peg of the couch, it kept wiggling back and forth. It only stopped after we took the peg out, so there is now not much support for the middle. Really disappointed, wanted to love it :(

Delivery times are unpredictable and
Delivery times are unpredictable and take way too long. I also ordered a bed that never came and was told several weeks after purchase that it was no longer in stock. Instead of canceling and giving a refund, they keep telling me that they’re awaiting to hear if and when they’ll receive the bed. It’s a complete shitshow.

When it didn’t arrive, they contacted me every week or so with various excuses, saying that my order would be delivered within the month. SEVEN MONTHS later - no order was ever delivered. I cancelled my order and they told me 7-14 days for a refund. It has been 18 business days and still no sign of refund and added excuses that their new software is delaying refunds. I speak to someone else and they tell me it’s “next in que”. Every time I talk to a different customer service person I get a different reason as to why my order/refund is delayed. There are HUNDREDS of similari complaints/reports on BBB that I unfortunately did not see until after ordering. Even when I asked to speak to a supervisor regarding my frustration I am again told there will be a delay!! AVOID AVOID AVOID
