Parcel was supposed to arrive by 28th October, its now the 7th November and no sign of it arriving.

Not impressed with value lights . The customer support from Lilly was good but the company have serious issues with how they record returns i. e. I returned lamps but their return procedure did not register my returns and I was asked why I had not returned them. They also have issues with the courier they use ( EVRI) who misplaced parts of my order and they had to be replaced. . Value Lights have to look at their internal procedures to give customers a hassle free service .
They arrived very quickly and were very well packed
