I asked Ryan a question about an order and he researched my question and called me back with an answer within a minute and allowed me to make an important decision about a purchase of some tools that USTF supplies. he was honest and helpful and gave me the best customer service imaginable. This is an amazing light. Coming from Milwaukee’s M18 Rover lights, I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised. The magnetic hold is great. Battery life is incredible. I have used the 4. 0 ah for about 6 hours without a charge (I have not needed the brightest setting).
