Hello. I cannot give a great rating to the actual boxes as I have not yet used them. However, the cutomer service ecperience was very good. I apologize again that the unit # provided was incorrect: thanks for figuring out the correct # for drop-off.

So glad I found them online. Not only are the boxes less expensive, and you feel good about reusing boxes, but the quality is great and the customer service is amazing. They shipped my order in two round as they wanted me to be able to start packing right away even though they were still waiting on a few items for me. I really appreciated that. Moving is stressful, so this touch was really nice. Clearly they think about their customers.

I’ve lost track of how many orders I’ve made with UBT. They are always great. It is so much easier to move when boxes are all the same size - no need to put together a jig saw puzzle at the same time as filling a truck! I will never make another move without UBT.

Don't be fooled by the term "used" these boxes are in perfect condition and the price is right. I also love that they offer a delivery service which helps free up my time and makes my job way easier.
