Mostly Good but Missing Items not Refunded
Ordering was easy and delivery was fast. Some of the boxes are quite soft so require lots of extra tape to keep them sturdy but otherwise they are great. My biggest issue is that the extra mattress cover I ordered never arrived and I have still not received a refund after almost 2 weeks.

Another great move with Used Boxes Toronto
Boxes came the same day I ordered! I’ve made over 5 moves with these boxes and they are great. It is so much easier to pack a truck with boxes that are all the same size. Prices are good and service is great.

The first time I ordered I loved the boxes. The second time, the mediums were quick assemble with interlocking flaps and not strong enough for what I wanted to do. I had to discard them and keep the large and smalls. Both times, quick efficient delivery.

From the friendly, informative and professional responses to my frequent calls to Customer service ( VERY patient and helpful) to the impressive delivery on the exact day as promised, this is an excellent moving resource that I will use again and recommend to others. Oh, and the boxes are as good as, if not brand new.

The boxes we received were great however we didn't receive our order until days after the promised date. I had to call to follow up on the order. It put our packing back almost a week.

I was anxious to get used boxes at first because I was picturing old gross moving boxes and potential bugs! But after reading the positive reviews I decided to try it. The boxes were like new! So it was all good, and they were delivered in a timely manner. Plus they are more affordable and also less wasteful. Highly recommend.
