Solid stuff. I can feel my body start to downshift shortly after drinking. I would add some other flavors. I don't mind the taste of the cherry, but some family members weren't wild about it.

I been using cadence for about two months now and wow it is the best . Helps me a lot with my running ! Cadence gets 10 out of 10. The best hydration drink out there !
