Thin and smooth consistency. I personally think it tastes like honey and gummy bears, which I love both. So easy to get down. I haven’t had something from Cadence that I didn’t absolutely love. Everything I’ve tried has become my new go to. Gels, drinks, electrolytes.

Cadence really did do a great job of keeping me up to date with shipping and delivery times overall a good experience.

I’ve been using Cadence hydration sachets for the past 3 months now and honestly, they’ve become part of my daily routine. I train regularly and also have a pretty full-on schedule, so staying properly hydrated is something I’ve always struggled with—but these have made a noticeable difference. Energy levels feel more consistent, I recover better after workouts, and I don’t get that mid-afternoon slump anywhere near as much. They taste great (which is a big win compared to some others I’ve tried), mix easily, and are really convenient to keep in my bag when I’m on the go. What I like most is that it doesn’t feel like a gimmick—you can genuinely feel the benefit after using them consistently. Would definitely recommend to anyone training hard, travelling a lot, or just looking to stay properly hydrated day-to-day.
